What We Review

What We Do Not Do

We do not remove a genuine patient review merely because it is negative or because a doctor disagrees with it. Doctors cannot pay to remove, hide, or boost reviews.

Doctor Right of Reply

A doctor may submit a short factual response to a published review. We publish approved replies below the review, not in place of the review. Replies must not reveal patient identity, diagnosis, private medical details, or abusive language.

Review Badges

Verified Visit means a moderator saw evidence that a visit likely happened, such as an appointment slip, bill, OPD token, prescription, or similar proof. It does not mean DoctorReviews has verified that every statement in the review is true.

NMC Verified appears only on doctor profiles where we have cross-checked credential details against the NMC or relevant public register source.
